2. The date and time of the surgery is subject to change due to extraordinary causes, we are not responsible for changes/charges of flights, transportation or extra services contracted by the patients.
3. In case of cancellation only informing within an established range of 15 days before the procedure with your coordinator, the deposit may be refunded.
4. The price of the surgery does not include extra clothing, recovery house, massages or transportation, each service has its policies and restrictions, it is the responsibility of the coordinator to provide them and the patient to read them.
5. It is the responsibility of the patient to carry out the preoperative studies before surgery, if the results are not ready 2 weeks before the date of surgery they will be subject to change or cancellation with prior notice and total loss of the deposit.
6. In case of preoperative studies, it turns out that the patient’s health status is not suitable for surgery, it is an automatic cancellation.
7. In the event that the preoperative studies result in the patient’s health not being within the accepted parameters for plastic surgery, the intern will be responsible for deciding whether to perform the surgery or cancel/reschedule.
